When you take a closer look, you can see that successful bloggers actually have very busy schedules, despite the fact that their lives may appear to be quite relaxing. They are required to fill a variety of roles, and they rely on several apps to help them manage their tasks. Concern for search engine optimization, for example, is addressed using apps like Yoast SEO or SEMrush. Expansion of the mailing list is facilitated by apps such as Mailchimp or Convert Kit, allowing bloggers to effectively reach and engage their subscribers. In point of fact, many people begin their journey as bloggers while simultaneously holding down another occupation, and these apps become indispensable tools in their pursuit of success.

Prepare a List of Potential Article Titles in Avance

There is no situation that is more frustrating than sitting down to write, finding that you are in a creative mood, and having no idea what to write about. Have you ever experienced anything like this before? You should be prepared at all times with a large number of article ideas and topics to choose from. This is helpful to me as well because there are some subjects that inspire me to write more than others at various times.

Alarms

When you try to maintain a blog in addition to a full-time job, one of the most challenging aspects is that you have to sacrifice the times of day when you are the most productive at your other job. I felt as though the first few hours of the day, which were fueled by coffee, were some of my most productive hours, but they were being thrown away.

Take your blog as seriously as you would a Real Business

Consider your blog to be professional. Your blog should be managed and grown like a business. You should treat your associates, such as your co-bloggers, editors, graphic designers, and so on, the same way that you would treat any other business partner.

Maintain a Timetable

Keeping your work on a regular schedule can be extremely beneficial to your productivity, provided that your life allows for it; at least it was for me. Every day, I get to work at the exact same time and proceed through my tasks in the same order. My mind is able to get into the swing of things and stay on track much more easily as a result of this.

Make outlines for each individual article

A quick path to inefficiency is to let yourself become disorganized. Find the research material and links you will use in advance so that you don't have to waste time looking for them while you're trying to write. You should begin by coming up with the title of the article as well as all of the headers for the article before you begin writing.
